Two scoops of ON chocolate flavor, some almond milk and a small scoop of natural peanut butter

Now if I'm at home and want to make something that tastes delish:
8oz almond milk
1 scoop chocolate whey
1 tablespoon natural PB
1 tablespoon raw honey
handful of berries (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, whatever I have)

get a bmr calculator for your phone, it will give you a rough estimate on how many calories you burn in a day. Then as long as you burn more caloreis a day than you eat you will be fine.

I use Dymatize Elite Whey chocolate mixed with water. It tastes very similar to Swiss Miss hot chocolate
