Haven’t bought more than a handful of fireworks over the past decade. But, have kiddos now, and they apparently want to outdo the neighbors. Where y’all loading up on Chinese gunpowder these days? Any difference between LA and MS offerings?

Oh, I’m in the Free State of Livingston. It’ll sound like WW3 out here on Wednesday night. They’ve already started out there.

They have more firework stands in Gretna and the Westbank than people this time of year.

Louisiana Fireworks has some legit stores out by you and in port Allen.

They are stand alone buildings, not tents.

Good enough for Wile E. Coyote, good enough for me.

I’m just going to let Junior fire off some of our guns into the air.

For decades, the Westbank had Larry's Snoball/Firework Stand. It was the best when we were kids. We'd buy one of their awesome snoballs and then step inside to get get all of our fireworks.

That really doesn't make sense.

I'm looking for some M-80s that are "New Old Stock" from before 1966 or manufactured as completely faithful replicas of the pre-1966 M-80s.

If you know a guy, let me know.

Never thought about those even still existing. It makes sense though. I’ve heard stories of people finding stashes of pre-embargo Cuban cigars as recently as 2010.

Man, they had all the good shite in the 60’s.
