It's actually a good time to look in Spring Branch.

They've been knocking down the flea markets and have huge plans for the area. They are forcing the poor to relocate.

Definitely clear lake over pearland. We live in clear lake and like it a lot.

Does your "Memorial" encompass Piney Point Village, etc.?

How about Tanglewood? Has that area declined? GHW Bush lived there, I think.

Use the app for HAR. Houston Association of Realtors. It gives you access to their MLS and is very easy to use for properties for sale and rent. We lived in the museum district in a high rise and loved it.
