Especially with access to ingredients, cooking supplies, recipes being so easy. You don’t have to have some special method or technique passed down as a family secret. You have folks from South LA move to Beaumont or Birmingham, and suddenly they can’t cook? bullshite. Aside from getting fresh, local seafood, everything else is pretty much the same.
