Baton Rouge has bulk trash removal days too--usually every week on one of the days of regular trash pickup.

Thanks for supporting an AZ based business. Their headquarters are in PHX.

Eww! It's true though.

This reminds me of the time I mixed black berry bird dog after drinking beer all day. Kind of a going away party when I was getting out of the military. Anyways I got so sick and threw up all over the mattress. The wife was furious. Stunk like high hell. Being extremely drunk still I had the same issue as you, but eventually got the idea to throw it behind the dumpster at my units barracks.

And like I said I'm sure a mattress company would take it off your hands for a small fee.

usually just buy from some place that will deliver the new one and haul off the old

If you’re buying from a place that will haul off old mattresses, it’s only a matter of time before you get bed bugs.

The city dump north of town. Google it, it's not hard to find.

That is what I was going to ask! You are correct about the Mexicans jacking the stuff before the truck gets there though, unless something is totally ruined they will have picked it up within a few hours of it being on the curb.

There is a social concerns place on Burbank close to Bluebonnet that takes them if they are in good shape.
