I don't understand having a shortage of hats. I almost never purposely buy one, but I seem to have a crap ton of different ones picked up here and there along the way.

What are these hats actually called? If ordering online or going to a store. The ones that the bills are easily folded and fit your head well. I've ordered online and gone into several local stores to have custom hats made for my windshield company and no matter what they always end up being straight bill or structured.
I have an everyday hat that's getting old that's like how I want, I guess like we use to wear in the 90s, bill easily broke in, but that hat was given to me as a gift a couple years ago. I'll take it in and say I want my hat to be made like this and it never ends up being like I ask. They are structured every single time. I'm not picky on anything else in life except for how my hats fit and it's frustrating.
