I don’t smoke. It should be legal.

Prostitution should also be legal. If a woman wants to suck a dick for money, let her

I've been consistent with this; fix all the other problems in this country and then take a toke

Look to Colorado for answers. Not worth all the problems it brings.
I don't know what's going on in CO but why just look at them when a dozen states have recreational now?

Legalize it. Should have been done a long time ago.

And in Louisiana's case - legalize it, then charge significant fees for unlimited retail marijuana sales licenses. Then tax it and use the revenue to help fight opioid abuse and environmental problems (coastal preservation, brownsfield rehab, red mud/bauxite clean up, etc).

Your other takes are stupid, but this is the only one that I really give a shite about. It's not like a beer or something where it only goes into your body. It's smoke and it goes everywhere. I'm 100% for legalization, but last year we went snow skiing in CO and this dude had just smoked out this gondola chair right before I get on with my 3 year old. Smoke it outside.. don't give a shite. But that gondola looked like when we would hotbox cars back in the day.

If you want to legalize it, that is a fine debate. Acting like it is no different than alcohol is stupid. You don’t get drunk from someone else drinking alcohol around you. If someone smokes pot around you, it can get you high without your wanting to.

Legalizing it is fine, but with significant restriction with age and where (I.e. not in public or communal areas) would need to be place.

Just because some aspects of alcohol that are bad aren’t noted with weed, doesn’t mean it doesn’t have its own issues or share any with alcohol.

It should be legal, but strong laws should protect employers, businesses, and all citizens from having to deal with stoned potheads who can't take care of their own shite.
