Most of the people that I know in the Houston area, including the suburbs, like Houston.

You haven’t been on it recently. They just opened it up and it’s awesome

I hate Houston because only a little rain and some roads become swimming pools. It is a concrete mess. New Orleans is becoming the same way though

I started realizing how crappy NOLA was when I left. It’s a weekend visit for me now. I can only put up with 36 hours of that before I am ready to return to civilization.

That’s like saying “I hate LA” when your only experience with it is Riverside.

That's where they live *now.* I've been to Houston dozens of times over 30 years. Hard pass.

Although I do admit it probably seems glorious if your life experience consisted of cities in Louisiana

Houston and Dallas both seem like bad places to live IMHO

I hate the suburbs of Houston. Everything closes so early and it's an hour to do anything. Kinda like Baton Rouge but not as bad

Can’t argue with this statement.

Tampa is awful. In the summer it’s like you’re constantly in a steam room.

So adding to the list of people that hate Houston...
Nola
Dallas
California

I’m hoping less people move here so it’s actually beneficial to have haters.
