Mocha master is definitely the best but pricey. I’ve been using Bonavita for about 3 years & it’s outstanding drip maker at half the price of Technivorm. It won’t last as long, but it heats water to proper temp plus it has pre-infusion, which Technivorm doesn’t have.

Do folks think the packet size changes the taste?

Apparently.

The pregrinding and any air trapped in the pouch could I guess. But if youre enough of a snob to taste that difference, just get a press and grind it yourself.

I suspect the problem people have with the keurig not tasting good is not cleaning the inside of the machine enough.

The best is my less than $20 percolator coffee pot on a cool morning outside. It’s better than any cup out of any of your fancy pots.

Not always ideal but it is the best coffee as the title is asking

Community makes a decaf version. It’s far and away the best IMO.

Yes. I drink it in the evening to put something warm in my belly. Much better than hot chocolate with all of the sugar.

Makes the best coffee by far. Just buy a stainless metal screen and your set.

I've had this one a couple years and have been more than happy with it.

I have that ninja one and a black and decker $30 pot.
No difference in the cup. Black and decker takes less time to get the cup in your hand though

Jura, hands down.

Pros: best tasting coffee you’ll make at the house

Cons: once you buy one, your friends’ Keurig coffee tastes like sh*t.

We have one that makes all the milk drinks, but that’s a waste, we only ever use ours for espresso and americanos. If I had a mulligan I would have gotten one of their entry models.

I thought Keurigs sucked until I tried the Keurig Supreme Plus. It punches 5 holes instead of 1 and you can adjust the strength and temp. I'm probably going to buy one.

I want a fancy coffee maker but can’t bring myself to spend the money. Burr grinder , electric kettle , and bodum pour over coffee maker is hard to beat

Breville precision brewer

Timely thread. Was just at the in laws for Thanksgiving dinner and they have one of these. The fresh ground beans coffee was amazing compared to the keurig.

Breville. It doesn't do cold brew/espresso but fresh ground coffee > pods.
