When you really think about it - who do you respect more?

Every day we see slogans like “Support our Troops” and “Back the Blue” But when it comes down to it where do you stand?
If you had to pick one, which do you support more, the Troops or the Blue?
And don’t give me that all lives matter crap, that’s a cop out - pun intended.

Seems like more people empathize with our troops than police officers. At least in my experience.

I back the blue.. those guys should be paid way more for what they have to put up with.

Dont support any group of people. That's how our society got so fricked up to begin with, focusing on tribes and identity.

I support the troops. Otherwise, cops can’t help you if your country is invaded by another country.

I don’t like the term “Troops” because it lumps fat worthless Air Force and navy people in with marine infantry

Which is why I hate slogans like the OP mentioned. Its the MOST unAmerican approach to approval and support.

I have zero respect for some cops so troops for me.
Even the few douchebags and low life’s that serve or still defending my freedom and putting their lives on the line unlike the cop that wrote me a ticket for not coming to a complete halt a a 4-way stop in my neighborhood on the way home from work yesterday. I’ll also mention he was a complete dick while doing it and talking down to me like I just robbed a liquor store.
Even the few douchebags and low life’s that serve or still defending my freedom and putting their lives on the line unlike the cop that wrote me a ticket for not coming to a complete halt a a 4-way stop in my neighborhood on the way home from work yesterday.
