I used to do it years ago and just recently started again. It’s a fulfilling feeling knowing you’re helping people that need medications made from plasma as well as an excellent way to make some extra cash and meet new friends.

Sold some in college. 4 of us in total and took the money to buy a keg. Good times.

Probably age 22 or 23, back when it was worth it to get paid $30 for 2 hours of work.

I appreciate that you call it “selling plasma” instead of donating plasma

$125 the first week then $85 per week after that. But you have to go twice a week.

I sold it twice a week for 2 years back in college, till this one time...

The man's machine across from me started making noise. The nurse came to look at it. All of the sudden the tube broke and shot the man's blood all over the person in the next chair over. Never again.

There's one of these places a few miles from here and there's always crowds of junkies milling around outside. Only place I've ever seen "Warning: Drug Area" signs.

1979 maybe at a place on Chimes St. I went directly to the Bayou and spent the $ on beer.

I tried a couple of times a few years ago but it took hours. Made the money, but it just wasn’t worth it to me.

Well what I receive is pooled from 20,000 plus donations. So I likely have.
It’s antibodies not the plasma itself
