It'll only happen if MLB enforces a co-ed rule at some point and mandates a certain amount of playing time for females at certain positions. If that happens I will have long since become not a fan of baseball.

Don't put too much stock in that. Not very women do fastpitch seriously into their adult years - if as many did as guys do that record would be broken pretty quickly.
That said, it isn't just musculature but also height and wingspan. I maybe could see an achievable max of 80 or so - pretty damn respectable, just not competitive at the MLB level. But I'm guessing here.

In the left field bleachers, I've never been able to catch an MLB souvenir, even in an empty Minute Maid Park.

Well, if there's a transgender lady (man?) that takes a crapload of steroids and testosterone and does surgery early on to augment bone/muscle structure... Would that person be allowed in MLB? There are bans right now... Otherwise this is pretty much impossible.

It won't happen, unless they "equalize" the playing field by moving the woman pitcher up to where a fastball mound is... but then that wouldn't happen because a line drive would get back to her too quickly and probably kill her.

Eventually somebody will come up with some bullshite way of making it happen and if you point out the absurdity you will be ridiculed.
