Do you have a means of taking your blood pressure? If not I think Walmart has a machine you can check it by. I had pain like that and it wound up being high blood pressure that was headed for renal failure.

I would definitely go to the doctor Monday but if it gets worse tonight or tomorrow go to the emergency room it's just not worth the risk.
