I put up the consoles about 1 year ago...
And built a PC with all the lights. I'm 40.

I’m 30 and still play occasionally. I quit for a while but Red Dead Redemption 2 pulled me back in and that lead to Madden and other games. I’m sure I’ll be playing with my son once he gets old enough.

Whenever the frick you want. I'm almost 32 and it's be a lifelong hobby of mine. If you don't like it then gtfo. There are girls who play games too you know, and they aren't all complete mongoloids.

I'm 48 and played with my 10 year old last night. I'm professionally in a good place so no need to spend time doing advancement stuff and enjoy playing with my son.
We went for a run and came home, cleaned up and shot digital "bad guys" for a little while. No harm in that.

I stopped playing around 28, but since my son has gotten into it a bit, I play with him.

I'm guessing it's also a contributing factor to why he's sleeping at Mom's.

shite, most kids these days make a living playing video games

I've tried to play but it's boring to me. Rather be actually doing something.
For my kid's sake, I literally hate they were ever invented.

I typically make fun of adults that game. But I’ll be damned if I don’t get a new console and start a dynasty that will last 100 years when the new NCAA football game comes out.
Up until the time I have children, then it’ll have to go away.

I’m 38 and play Ultimate General on computer. I don’t play much when kids are home but some at night when in bed and if not much going on when they are in school. I probably average 2-3 hours a week.

I havr never understood the hate against video games. If you are handling your business in life, going to work everyday, paying bills, household is in order, etc. Who cares if one spends a couple hours on the PlayStation. Sure, it isn't productive. But neither is sitting on a couch watching 12 hours of football. It's great entertainment. That's all it is. What is so bad about that?
I think the general thing is people have this idea that if you play videogames then you will automatically be that 35 year old virgin who still lives with and has to get taken care of by his mom. While those stereotypes do exist. That is not the case for most guys.
Some people get home from a long day of work and cut on Netflix. Why should that be viewed any differently than someone who gets home from long day of work to cut on Xbox.

No, fricktard. But it is a method of us communicating more during the week that he stays there.
