Late twenty probably but certainly by 30. Not only did I not have the same physical abilities by that point, but around 30 started becoming more susceptible to injuries - from which it takes longer to come back. Around 40 the injuries and recovery got even worse. At 45, I don't push myself 100% any more because of the injuries risk. I probably hit 75-80%

Well I can tell you now that after age 50 I don't even jump off the tailgate of my truck to ground anymore as I may blow something out. Aging can be brutal.

It's funny that I never thought my body would slow down. Like I was the exception. But it sure has.

I played full court three times a week till my mid thirtys (48 now) had an operation on my left leg at 36.... That was it. I really miss it but once you hit thirty you will start to see your skills to start deteriorating

When was the last time you took it to the Ritz. I heard you advanced up in the ranks in recent years. Hope you'll be a HC one day.
Been a while haha.
By the way, do i know you IRL?
And yeah, I've been lucky to do some really cool things... we'll see what happens. Thanks man! Hope you've been well.
Daily bible threads are still my all time favorite troll.

Mid 30s I was playing and began to miss boards and passes that I would have gotten when I was younger.
Tweaked my knee and realized that I was putting my health on the line for a hobby.
Basketball over.

Haha I don't think I did, I just didn't see it as my time to shine like some guys did. I was a pretty decent athlete is high school so I was just playing for fun. Some of the guys took it very serious.

I'm 54 and still dominate basketball, football, golf, baseball, weightlifting and others I can't remember, cause my memory isn't what it used to be.

Throwing shoulder is giving me issues in adult softball
Badly sprained my ankle nearly 2 months ago and it's still bothering me
I'm 25.. A year ago I was fine. Hopefully this isn't a norm and passes
