when i lived in tiger plaza in 02 it was ok but the back of tigerland was already a shite hole.

I don't recall it that way. I lived in Tiger Plaza for a semester circa 1985 or so At that time it was still full of students. And I recall walking to other housing in the area without being in fear of my life back then.
