When I was under 10 years old I worse whity tidy's that had no peehole, but since age 11, I've always had a hole. Couldn't go back to no pee hole whity tidys again. Lot of work to get the ole weiner out and piss in a urinal with no weiner hole.

I don't think I've ever used the hole even thigh all mine have them. Unzip and pull down underwear..

My UA have wiener holes, my LULU's and Nikes dont.......I dont think my Adidas have them either

Theres no way a single grown arse man uses that hole if its the one i remember in my tighty whities as a kid.
I havent worn anything besides boxer briefs in the past 20 years

Was that even the function of that? Well, Google answered my question. Seems I tried that one time and it was not easy to pull the flap far enough open to use it. Easier just to pull the front down to piss. I have in some cases utilized it as a towel holder for the wife.
