Just got my bill in at work and noticed the driver dropped off a single 5 gallon bottle that cost me over $20.00

Community might require a contact. You can probably buy them from someone else too without the contract. They work great. It's what we use.

I refill my 5 gallon jug from the sink, early in the am before anyone gets in.

Everybody loves the “Kentwood” water.

So, the water actually only costs just a shade under $2 a gallon.

Why is there a $5 bottle deposit? Is this the first bottle of water delivered or an ongoing charge. If so, you're getting royally fricked.

And what the hell is an Energy Surcharge on a bottle of water about? I'm assuming the delivery fee..........

Didn't they add that around 2009 when gas was over $3.50 a gallon for unleaded?

It's still there?

1 bottle? Are you the only person that works there?
I wouldn't even stop there if I were the Kentwood guy.

We have a coffee account with them. I'm gonna try to get in touch with our sales rep. Thanks!

Naaah we got about a dozen. No idea why he stopped by that day and dropped 1 bottle of water. Maybe his sales were down. Either way, this is absurd
