When a towing company damages property, how can you get them to pay for the cost?

there is better chance of ashtray becoming monogamous as to beating a tow company out of money in court.

Back in the day I had two different cars towed and both times the CD player didn't work when I got it back

My wife was lightly hit by an Ascension Parish tow truck and the owner reached out to her within 15 minutes. Both he and the driver were deeply apologetic and paid to have her car fixed pronto.
The owner made what could have been a very unpleasant situation completely bearable.
