Procrastinating semi-important stuff, especially on my days off. Returning phone calls, emails, following up on insurance and tax paperwork, etc. All of the important stuff gets done, but I constantly put off the things that aren't at an immediate deadline until it becomes an immediate deadline - especially at tax season when I've gotta have all my per diem and trucking paperwork going.

Cigs. I've been clean and sober (alcohol) for over 15 years now but I just can't kick the cigs. I'm very aware that it is going to kill me one day, yet I keep puffing.

It may not. My father smoked a couple packs a day and lived into his 80s. It’s a nasty habit, but you’ll be fine.

Procrastinating on easy tasks until last minute.

Same here.
The weird thing about my habit is that I only smoke at work or while driving. That's the only time I actually get the urge and crave it, otherwise if I'm at home or off work for any amount of time I go without it.
I'll go 2-4 days that I'm off without smoking once and have no cravings or side effects. Hell a few weeks ago while I was on vacation I didn't smoke at all for 10 days, didn't miss it at all.
As soon as I got back and headed into work, that urge to smoke while driving kicked in. I might smoke a half a pack a day at work, then zero for days off work.
I just can't kick the habit altogether for some reason

Is this a self-assessment or what my wife would say is my worst habit? The latter would likely be very lengthy.
My worst habit is scrolling my phone.
My wife's list:
1. Popping my knuckles
2. Leaving dirty dishes in the sink
3. Leaving my shoes in the living room.
4. Getting water all over the bathroom after a shower
5. Procrastinating
6. Buying expensive beer
I could go on, but you get the idea.

Copenhagen for 40+ years. I'm on day 28 without though.
