4.85 for me as well. My deductions have always been not setting my pick-up location correctly. Like you're in the middle of Manhattan and your driver pulls up on the other side of the block...it ain't easy for them to get to your side. They'll ding you for that.
Oh, and if you accidentally have dog sh1t on your shoes...yeah, they don't like that either.
