Ideal:
5:40 wake up, 6:00 gym on MWF, get home around 7:20 to be at work for 8ish
Reality:
5:40 wake up, 6:00 gym soooometimes, which requires a 45 minute nap after so lucky if I make it in before 10. Often the gym gets skipped because I’m up early putting out fires for work anyway.
Pretty much the only constant is that it’s around 10 when I get to work.

Don't need an alarm as I usually wake up around 5 or 5:30 on my own. Head to the kitchen and turn on the coffee maker that is preset to 5:45 just in case on the rare occasion I sleep a bit late.
Drink 3-4 mugs of coffee, hit the can, get the wife's food together for her to take to the office for lunch. Then get dressed and head out into the garden to pick what's available, do some weeding, watering, etc.
Then it's doing things around the house that need done like washing clothes, cleaning up the house, cutting grass, working on vehicles, etc.
I'm retired and take care of all things around the house while the wife is at work and looking forward to the day she can retire.
In the evening I get dinner started and we have a nice meal and relaxing evening before getting ready to start it all over again.

Sounds really nice...What time do you go to bed?

Usually not before midnight most nights. I don't sleep much and am usually up at least once or twice a night after I go to sleep depending on how much liquid refreshments I consume the night before.

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
In the book there is more to his morning routine and he goes into even more detail. It’s quite exhausting. You should check it out if you haven’t already.
