I'm very good at it and several restaurants in San Francisco and Alameda use recipes that I shared with them. They liked them so much they added my dishes to their menu.

It has not rubbed off on my wife, though, as she has never met a crock or insta pot she won't cook in. She seriously cannot make a decent hamburger.
