I had a fluke round and got 19, any other time I play I cant get more than 6.

I have 28. One of my friends made 85. Swear to God, I watched him. Once I get in the grove I can average 10 or 15 a round, with those rare rounds I do very well.

I find that the two mental tips I discovered help me most:
Keep your thumb further off the screen when it's not touching. Space out your taps more than you instinctively want to. 3/4 times you're hitting high, not low.
On same token, try to barely clear each one rather than middle or high. It's too easy to tap yourself up to intentionally put yourself in a position where doing so will knock you out.

Mine is 20. Cousin has 76. I can't play more than about 15 tries at a time without getting annoyed and quitting. Un installed and re in stalled once.
