Bowl of frosted mini wheats in the morning with a couple cups of black coffee. Give it a couple hours and you’ll drop a log that won’t hardly flush

Any alcohol, particularly beer, will do the job for me.

Black and Mild cigar and a coffee will do the trick.

Magnesium citrate and sprite. Clear your schedule for it though.

Coffee in the morning for sure. Stewed okra will do the same if I eat a nice bowlful.
I do know okra works like Ex-Lax on folks that hardly ever eat okra. I fixed a few gallons of chicken/sausage/okra gumbo for a gathering of bikers at a friends property in Indiana a few years ago and about 30 people were there and I was the only one from La. and use to eating okra regularly.
More than one of the people there had the shits after eating a few bowls of gumbo each. I tried to warn them, but they REALLY liked the gumbo. Made for some interesting early morning conversation over coffee.

Any kind of fresh fruit. Cherry's especially.

Home-made chili. Doesn't hafta be spicy, as the beans do the work.
In a pinch, prune juice always works.

Can drop one every day and clogged pipes are not an issue. Butt, if I had to pick something, it would be MIL’s vegetables!
