re: What’s your first thought when you see someone who still is wearing a mask nowadays?

I saw a 300lb wildebeest waddle out of the LaSalle building to the BBQ food truck at lunch a few weeks ago.

Lardass was doublemasked. I started cracking up and just shook my head when I walked by her.

Losing weight would do 100,000 times more good than any mask will for her health… but there she was. Waddling to pick up her 2 racks of ribs for 2nd breakfast.

That’s cool. When I see a grown man that’s too small to make insignificant sacrifices, I think, “what a pussy”.

I just don’t understand the logic. And then the NYT this morning sent an email about how crazy it is that Africa has faired relatively well re: Covid despite the low vaccine rate and high poverty rate.

Almost like the fact that there aren’t many 300 pound lard asses waddling around the interior of Zimbabwe has nothing to do with it.

I don’t understand why the media, over 2 years into it, refuses to call a spade a spade and say the real reason America as been hit so hard is because of our obesity rate. Nope. It’s “the unvaccinated” or the “maskless” that are the problem…. Not the fact that the average American woman is 5 foot 3 and weighs 170 pounds.

I really believe most of those people remain scared to death of catching COVID. I don't think it's their fault. It really shouldn't bother you if someone else has decided to keep wearing a mask. But, a lot of posters on this site don't feel good about themselves unless they can find reasons to make fun of other people.

Think maybe they or family member is susceptible to adverse reaction

neighbor has dimentia and wears mask all time but its probly cause he forget to take it off
