1)Lucky Charms
2)Froot Loops
3)Cinnamon Toast Crunch
This is what I do most mornings. I start with vanilla yogurt... I know Greek or plain/unsweetened is healthier, but it makes it entirely unenjoyable.
I use 1/2 to 2/3 of a somewhat healthy cereal like Kashi Go Lean, or-- most commonly-- Nature's Path Hemp Plus Granola. Then I top it off with about 1/3 Lucky Charms, Froot Loops or similar.
The healthier cereals I use essentially have a neutral taste, so you retain the flavor of whatever sweet cereal you use (Lucky Charms, Froot Loops, etc). And the sweetness of the yogurt compensates for the less sweet granola/grain cereal, so it still tastes more like a dessert than anything. But you end up with more fiber and 5-10 more grams of protein than just plain Lucky Charms and milk. It's a good, slightly healthier compromise without sacrificing much flavor.

I'm not fat at all and I eat lots of cereal. Just exercise if it worries you that much.
