Whiskey Coke on repeat if I’m at a bar type place. Bulleit on the rocks for an after work drink or dinner.
Will never turn down a glass of red wine with a good steak, though.

Tanqeray and tonic.
Fill glass 1/2 full with ice, squeeze fresh lime juice over cubes before adding gin and then freshly opened tonic water.
The ingredient must be put into the glass in that order and I will gladly die on this mountain. To avoid a knife fight on the matter, I may agree to Boodles on occasion.

Tito's vodka and 100% grapefruit juice, not grapefruit juice flavored cocktail. Grapefruit juice enhances the potency of alcohol.
I have consumed a bunch of cheap vodka over my lifetime. Spend the extra $ to get something fairly decent. Your gut will thank you.

Nothing alcoholic for me these days but before I got sick I would drink fairly large quantities of Abita Amber at home or in a bar. If no amber then I would order Coors lite and look for a better bar. LOL
Now my favorite drink is Snapple Apple flavored drink. A close second is Mountain Dew Baja Blast.
