What's up with the guy on the side of the road in ponchatoula

He is always on the sidewalks around Gabriel's bldg Supply and HiHo BBQ. He has a big straw hat on and two 6ft long multi colored walking poles that he waves around at cars as they pass by??? I've been seeing him mid day mostly.

Have u noticed the tighty, whitey waist bands he uses for general purposes? I heard the same. Car crash robbed him of some of his abilities.

A friend of mine went to school with him. He said the never was exactly "right". But he reached his current level crazy from some meds that messed him up. He is harmless I see him in Bohnings sometimes. He lives in them apartments behind Gabriel's. He has the sticks he waves in the air while screaming sometimes. He also has a handle bar mounted on a pole and dances are with it in his hands. Ever see the black guy with the bike that's always sitting on the benches downtown ?

No I've never seen the black guy you speak of. I live in Hammond but for my job I drive thru ponchatoula a lot. I also go to Paul's for lunch pretty often.

Look for him he is always on the street riding his bike or sitting on the benches. Usually between the tracks and cvs but sometimes at bootsy's or at the car wash depot or by fantastic SAMs. Pretty disturbing story. He was in school when I was. He was in special Ed but really was just alittle slow. When he was 16 or so he walked in on his mom as she pulled the trigger and wasted herself. It totally fricked his mind. His uncle a Ponchatoula cop takes care of him.
