What’s up with Dyson House Listening Room?

Anyone been to this place on Jefferson?
On the face it looks like a place where you’d go to hear music. But the parking lot (in the back which seems a little odd) always has cars in it during the day.
I get the vibe, mainly from the crosses keys on the sign, that it’s a place for group sex orgies.
I may be off base but thought I’d check with the folks here to see if I’m onto something.

Nah brah. Count me in. I'm choosing my $3000 a month to live in the Dyson House so $10 orgies fit right into my budget.

I read they are tearing it down for some sort of mixed use development.

I'm pretty sure they said the plan was to redo the whole lot and move a flooring place into a new building there

The last show at the current location will be on 1/31/19. January's schedule is huge, so don't miss the last shows that will be held in January. Shows, in the immediate future after 1/31/19 will be held at:

7474 Corporate Blvd.
Baton Rouge, LA
After close to 400 shows in three years and more than 40 since reopening in May, it has been a good run. The current location of Dyson House Listening Room will always hold a special place in my heart, but Dyson House shows will live on at other locations. I will be looking for another location for shows in the future, and I am very interested in any location suggestions or locations options that you might have.
I appreciate all of the support, the involvement and attendance of the DHLR family. Happy Holidays to everyone!
