Radio: "All star fam uh lee!!" 
TV: This one is long gone but still intensely stupid - The Chevy truck commercial where a guy looks very confidently into the camera and says "Chevy is second to nobody in it's class. And by nobody I mean Ram and Ford."
Scary thing is that several people had to see that and approve it before it went on air… essentially saying that Chevy is "second to Ram and Ford". Unbelievable.

I also hate this current trend of commercials where they disguise their product on unsuspecting people and then reveal what it actually is.
Like the McDonald's ads for their new chicken sandwich, where people are just shocked it came from McDonalds. So what people are saying is "Wow I mean most of your food is so shitty I would have never suspected this decent fried chicken sandwich came from you!"

If you watch closely there are a LOT of commercials that backhandedly admit that their product is terrible. It's like "Remember last time we said all of our other stuff sucks and THIS one thing is great? Well forget that, here's the latest one… till the next time when we admit AGAIN that it sucks."
There is also an alarmingly prevalent amount of commercials that very blithely characterize their own consumer base and/or potential consumer base as being dumb as a bag of hammers. A person is supposed to see somebody acting like a complete idiot in a commercial and think "Yeah, I identify with him. I'm going to go out and buy that product so people will see ME in the same way".

Any radio commercial that has tires squealing and horns honking when I'm driving in crappy Baton Rouge traffic.. Do they think that's cute or what?

On the topic of McDonald's, I fricking hate their all day breakfast commercials. They act like their breakfast serving hours determine what time breakfast is for all Americans. They also act like they're the first fast food chain to serve all day breakfast. Sonic says hello.
The other commercial I can't stand is the allstate commercial where the woman gets her safe driving bonus check and acts like a bitch to her husband who acts like a pussy. The commercial has been on tv for like 5 years too.

If you watched the 2014 Liberty Bowl then you know that the worst commercials are the Buick commercials where the Garcias got a new Buick and the old woman yells, "That's what I told him!"
The music and the amount of times it has come on all ESPN networks makes it easily the worst.
