What's the story on the new Lee High?

Looks like it's going to be nice. Will this be a decent public high school in Baton Rouge?

I doubt that is what they're going for anyway, especially if the school is only going to have about 400 students. I would imagine that they would at least try to attract some people from the surrounding area.

It's will be a magnet school like BRHS. Have to apply and get accepted.

Not really. Some landscape has changed but leveling up to Lee Drive would have been VERY expensive. But the place looks nice.. like a new school should I guess.

Aren't the non-Magnet schools just zoned? They don't really get to pick and don't have to attract anyone do they?
