What’s the simplest good platform for selling online

I mean like an online store for selling only one or two items, like a novelty/political bumper sticker or T-shirt.

For my shop I use Etsy. Its simple, straight forward. And they also do some marketing for you. You can also utilizing them for shipping your items out domestically and internationally.
Only downside is they charge fee's for almost anything. Listing fee, posting fee, shipping fee. But if you price your stuff right and such,you'll come out on top.
Can also try amazon. Has a bigger traffic flow. However i think its like $40 a month to open a store on there.
They have mercari but theyre a bit strict on how they let you pub your facebook page and other site you may advertise or sell on.
