No did not get a new car. She just showed up with her ID and they gave her the TV. It was this year.
It was a dealer where she previously bought a car a couple years ago.

I'd be willing to bet that there is some type of fine print in there or it's considered as an advertisement which is an "invite" to make and "offer" to buy a car. Basically, you won a chance to buy a car.
