I have a 2022 Lonestar edition with 64k miles. It's been a good truck.

Fantastic to hear.

I give zero fricks if others think the truck is cool or for “low class” people or whatever others in this thread have said or intimated.

I care about getting a truck that doesn’t break down a lot, that is affordable (currently, Ram had 0% financing for 60 months), and that has the ability to get me from A to B in decent comfort. The rest is window dressing.

JD Power rates them the most reliable truck brand but they are a Stellantis brand just like Jeep and Chrysler and I always told myself I would never buy one of those shitty brands after seeing the crap my friends and family put up with those cars.

JD power sells out to the highest bidder.

Stellanis has the worst reputation possible. Buyer beware. The trucks do look nice though.

I've had 2 Rams and a Dakota. Last one was an 08 with the 5.7. They were all pretty good trucks. I put over 100k on all 3 of them.

The late teens model (not sure what year it started/ended) had a known issue with defective lifters. They don’t get lubricated properly while cranking and also if you idle for long periods. If not caught soon enough can cause damage to your cam. I have a 2016. I had this issue last year. Truck had 108,000 miles on it. For what it was going to cost to rebuild the top end, I opted for a whole rebuilt crate motor. Other than that have only had to replace waterpump which isn’t that big a deal. Have really enjoyed the truck otherwise. Plenty of power and get up and go. Tows my travel trailer no problem and the best factory sound system I’ve ever had.

Love mine. Laramie rides better than all the other full size trucks. Hemi power and nice interior.

My gf drives a 2019 Laramie sport. Bought it new. She has 132k miles on it now, but it has issue after issue currently. Truck is very roomy, luxurious, and a good ride.

I’ve got a 21 Limited with around 60k miles. No mechanical issues at all and I love it. Ram also has the best looking interior IMO.

I have recently worked with, or currently work with several (12-15) Ram guys and they all love their trucks. I'm taking about newer models like past 5 years. Zero complaints. Zero reliability issues. And I think they are the best looking trucks currently on the market with the best/most comfortable interiors and amenities.
I've been a Ford guy for quite a while now and I've never had any issues with any of my Fords but the next time I buy a truck I'm seriously going to consider getting a Ram.

I've never been very brand loyal. I just buy what I like at the time. Currently in a F150. It's been a good truck, and I hope to get 5 more years out of it, but I'll look at Ram again when it's time. Seems like you get more bang for your buck.

Have a 2019 Laramie 5.7L

I have the same truck with over 200k miles on it. It's been awesome. No big problems with it yet. Just minor stuff like a radiator, etc. it is by far the nicest truck I have ever owned. When it finally dies I will replace it with a 2026 with a 5.7 without even looking at other options. Love the Laramie trim

Have 2 2011 models. One 4x4 crew cab with 182k and a regular cab short bed 2wd with 197k. Both have been great trucks. Only thing I’ve had to replace between the both of rhem other than the normal stuff has been a water pump, radiator, and idler pulley. Mpg kinda sucks, but they’ve been pretty bulletproof.

I own 8 from 1500 to 5500. Just put a new 5500 in the fleet last week.

Because of our experience, employees own 3 more.

My daily is a 2023 (Bought in Nov, so could be a ‘24 to give you an idea of the miles we put on) 2500 with 90,000 miles. Zero issues.

We run these trucks hard.

Unless something drastic happens, we will continue to run Ram.

I can’t imagine any brand being any better.
