TIL that a family friend's ex husband impregnated her niece and they are getting married. They also have kids together

Went to go see some of our ancestors gravesites when I was younger. Took a road trip to the sticks of Alabama. Get to a city graveyard for a town that's hovered around 500 people for the better part of 2 centuries. Literally 3 last names in the 2500+ headstones. Still have a bit of shame for that side of the family.

About a year ago, in Tampa, a 12 year old girl became pregnant. Her stepfather was molesting her and was arrested. They did a DNA test and the stepfather was not the father.
They spoke to the girl for awhile and she finally admitted that a coach at school was probably the father. DNA confirmed him.

My sister was friends with a kid whose dad murdered his sister and mom, then killed himself. Kid was very fricked up. He was coming home from school when it happened.
My sister is my cousin, we adopted. My parents never told her. She found out right after my aunt/her mom died of cancer. That fricked her up.

I was leaving work the other day and said bye to Fred as he was also leaving. Fred is a chubby, early 30’s father of a young child. Noticed Fred was wearing pleated khakis. I was obviously disappointed but let it go. Then noticed he walked towards and subsequently climbed into his tan colored minivan.
My upbeat countenance belied my sorrow. We lost Fred. He was only a young man. With a whole life ahead of him.

POS dude I know “knocked up” some skank from Erwinville. She lied about being prego the whole time, and dude was so embarrassed to come clean he came up with an elaborate lie to tell his family about the baby dying. Went from healthy loving family relationship to mush over night.
