Well as far as a tank will take you. Because then I've got to stop for gas.

So I'm calling bs on most people saying they drove more than like 500 miles non stop.

Actually I take that back. I guess you could get over 80 mpg in a diesel vw. But I'm willing to bet most of you weren't driving a diesel vw.

Over 1100 miles in under 24 hours on a motorcycle. Started riding at 6 a.m. on a Friday morning and got off the bike at 4:30 a.m. the Saturday.

Only stopped for fuel and a couple quick bites to get some food and liquids in me.

So you did stop..

When I fly non stop, the plane doesn't pull over for gas, it would no longer be a non stop flight.

I was driving a '77 Oldsmobile, so I probably stopped for gas at least 5 or 6 times.

When we say driving non-stop, that doesn't mean literally driving without stopping ever. Of course you have to stop to get gas. But that little ten minute break doesn't do shite for you when you get right back on the road and start driving again.

Orlando to Lafayette. Girlfriends' son completed suicide. She flew back home while I drove the car back.

Don't think I could do that again.

Baton Rouge to just short of Ottawa as a passenger ( RIP older brother). We never stopped. The most I’ve ever driven non stop was Baton Rouge to Boulder but I’m pretty sure I caught a catnap somewhere.

Damn, you're a regular Sherlock Holmes younger, stupid brother with that statement.

Yes, you do have to stop for fuel on a motorcycle since mine will only get about 200 miles a tankful.

And for the folks driving 1000 or more miles, guess what, they stopped for fuel too.

flying in a plane is not the same as driving and I've owned many vehicles in my lifetime and I can't think of any one of them that could get more than 400 miles on a tank of gas.

Mena Arkansas to Abbeville with out stopping. Filled up and got me a 44 oz. Coke in Mena. Started to have to pee about Alexandria. When I drove up at the house I had to open the door to my van and pee right there cuz I could not walk to the house.
