Not all perfumes smell the same on every woman. I suggest that you order a Bond #9 sampler (from the Bond #9 website) and let her choose - then buy her the one she likes.
Hamptons, High Line, Astor Place and Montauk are all awesome (they have a somewhat masculine clean scent - I think those are still available in a "sampler".
