Gretna (south of the Expressway) : $140-$180 / sq ft
Old Gretna : $200-$250 / sq ft
Where I used to live in Uptown New Orleans : >$300 / sq ft

Around 250 per SFQT in Dallas where I’m at. Makes it very hard to afford a starter home unless you go to the suburbs and it’s still $175
