Looks like he either had hydraulics or air suspension. When he drops it all the way to the ground it does that. He probably doesn't actually drive it like that. Just parks it like that.
And you'd be wrong. It's called being "hella flush" and it's all about static drop and tucking the tires with negative camber. It's pretty stupid in most cases...get the rare one or two that look cool, but stupid and impractical for the most part.

Yep. My E60 rears were always fine on the outside but the insides were shot after 20k miles.

Why does he have a jumbo size baseball cap on the roof?

It's the new ricer/tuner thing to do. Stance and camber. Looks ridiculous to me tho.

My wife's 2013 Accord came from the factory with such bad alignment that the tires were destroyed after about 15,000 miles. They've had a specialist come in and try to correct the problem a few times. It's a known problem with the Accords, and I imagine other Hondas.
I didn't notice until the first tire rotation when we moved the rear wheels onto the front. The camber angle on the rear wheels were screwed up like that car, but nowhere near as bad.
If you are familiar with Honda and Acura products, you'd know that even slightly worn tires and uneven wear turns an already loud interior into an insufferable place on the highway. It barely has 40,000 miles now, but I'm starting to hate that car because of the suspension problems (and the constant need of adjustment) and the goofy CVT transmission behavior at low speeds.

You guys wouldn't recognize a sweet ride even if it ran you over.

Unless it's an AMG or M series used strictly for road racing they are doing their customers a major diservice by setting the cars up like that.

The things that the middle class and people at or below poverty level spend their money on in this country is beyond me.
