What's the attraction to vodka?

Vodka drinkers love them some vodka. It tastes bad. It's basically what comes straight out of the still. No aging. There is very little difference between Taaka and Grey Goose. Hell, bourbon looks like vodka before it goes in the barrel, and it's the barrel that gives it flavor.
So tell me why you love vodka. (As I drink my White Russian.)

When I drank, I drank a ton of vodka. It does taste like shite, you’re right. Don’t know why I drank it. It was always around, I guess.

You've got some fcked up lack of senses if you can't feel that burning sensation and the bad taste of Taaka.
But yeah, once you hit a certain price point above say $20 a bottle, it is all pretty much the same.
I do love a good vodka martini with olives.

But I believe the main attraction is from people who don't actually like the taste of alcohol because it mixes with almost anything and alcoholics because it doesn't really smell.

I used to drink Vodka cuz it was cheap, less detectable on the breath than whiskey, and mixes with anything, also without detection.

I like to take shots and vodka is IMO the best at that. I don't care for taste as I'm taking just shots, and the bite isn't that bad from it. Can chase with just water if need be.

I act like a retard when I drink brown liquor and often feel sick after a night of it. Less calories, less headaches. The Russians know what’s up.

Hold up a sec...I can understand not liking vodka. But what the frick is wrong with ketchup? I don't care how old or high up on the social hierarchy people around me are.. I'm putting ketchup on my fries.
