St. Jean apartments were the beginning of the decline. Back in 96 I believe.

Yep, and the way that whole fiasco went down makes St. Jean even worse.

It's despicable. I hate driving on O'Neal and that whole Jones Creek stretch. It looks very famished.

Somewhere behind those apartments by the old Applebee's (Cedar something or another) there is or used to be an old drive in movie theatre. I had a friend that lives in those apartments and got all fricked up one night and got lost in those woods and swears he came across the big screen.

There was a drive in theatre on Airline behind Capitol GMC. I saw The Exorcist there.

Yep. The "leadership" of that area has really dropped the ball.

Yep you are correct. It all started with Daryl Oursso. He ruined the area.

According to the OT, Coursey is becoming the ghetto. Must be some counterfeit sneakers store, weave shop, liquor store, and a tires and used rims dealer

There are some at the corner of Jones Creek and Tiger Bend. We can't forget about St. Jean, and I'm sure the houses in the neighborhood they're building behind the Small Mart on Coursey will be just lovely.

I would think they were that price rage after looking at the available floor plans. Max floor plan is 2100 sq. ft. i would think you were in the $200 - $240 range tops

That's incorrect. Previous poster was right on, subdivision is being developed and flipped to DSLD homes. My guess would be homes 1600-1800 on very small lots (50 x 125). 110 lots total.
