We don't have them here but on a trip to Houston a few years ago I took the Girlfriend there. She loved it. I am a BIG fan of Chuys in general. Use to eat there often when I lived in Dallas. There was one near me in Midtown.

You're in Gainesville? Holy sheep shite. When I moved to Dallas after college in 1999, I worked for a Tax and Appraisal Software company. I spent a week in Gainesville, TX at the Cooke County Appraisal District working on the cutover from legacy system to our SQL Server based system.
I do recall eating somewhere good there but it was a Steadhouse.
