yeh because saying someone should not get so drunk they pass out in public is the same thing as defending a rapist...you are a fricking idiot

You're blaming the victim, just as people blame rape victims.
That you have now resorted to the hurling of insults implies that you have conceded this point.

Loosely defined among you gumps. Swearing devotion to Nick Saban and a bunch of college kids gives one lots of latitude on what can be done without losing the good man designation.
At least you didn't say "he was a good boy"

i agree and don't get how that is funny or considered a prank at any age

but it wouldn't have...because i have never and will never pass out in a public place...and the friends i hang out with would never even consider doing this if i was in a private setting

you take it as me defending a guy rubbing his balls on another mans face...I am saying you are way off. I am saying IF the guy hadn't passed out IT never would have happened...do you disagree?
The victim has some accountability...he shouldn't have allowed himself to be a victim. In no way does this make what the guy did to him acceptable.

I think teabagging has been down played in popular culture.
In my eyes, rubbing your genitals on an unwilling person is sexual assault.

This is stupid it's like saying it's someone's fault that someone stole something of theirs because they didn't lock it up or well if she hadn't of dressed like that she wouldn't have been raped.
Yes if he had not passed out then it would not have happened but I bet he never expected to be tea bagged when he started drinking.
If you get held up at gunpoint is it your fault for being there at that time or that day. No. It's called being a victim for a reason.

Bullshite.

If the teabagee had never been born, this wouldn't have happened. So the eF what?
Passing out in public in no way means it's partly your fault for some guy rubbing his nuts on your face.
Thankfully, the judge knows more about law than you do, which isn't saying much.

What if he dozed off and was not drunk? Would he still have accountability?
Just because the guy put himself in a vulnerable position and was assaulted by some shitbag doesn't make him accountable in any way for what happened. It might make him an idiot but 100% of the responsibility is on said shitbag.

Was following this thread and waiting for the low-lifes to enter and blame the victim.

I would have just found the guy and kicked his arse when I woke up the next morning....no need for police
Posted on 5/14/14 at 12:29 pm to Rebel
He's scheduled to be released in about 6 months.

So if he was not drunk and passed out he still would have been tea bagged? Yes or no?

He is definitely an idiot...as were the rest of the people in the place that allowed it to happen.
