Well you are comparing an SUV to a crossover. Apples to oranges. An SUV isn't supposed to ride like a Cadillac.

2009 V6 sport 4x4 silver with a scratch on the back door. 130k. The original battery went out yesterday. Other than that just oil and brake pads.

Gotta watch the 03-07 models though. Yes most are completely bullet proof by all means, but its fairly well documented that there's some in this lineup that will blow a head gasket for no known reason. That being said I don't think I'd hesitate to buy one in this range if I had the cash, but I'd definitely get it pressure tested first.

The new 4runners look terrible imo. The 2003 to 2009 model was the best looking 4runner ever. Perfect match of roundness and boxyness, but the pendulum has swung to a shoebox with pointy lights.
