We’d have a mighty wall between the US and south/Central Europe (formerly known as south/Central America).

Basically the entire world except North America and Canada would be speaking German.

Watch Red Dawn but instead of Russians it would have been Germans

You’ll find no bigger fan of NASA than me, so I am somewhat conflicted, but I just have to wonder what it was like for the Jewish scientists to work with the Nazis from Operation Paperclip. That must have been frustrating and could make for a good comedy.
