How would you be cleaning them? Would you bring your own water?

I don't think I've ever cleaned a trashcan. They don't stink once the trash has been dumped.

Crawfish season checked in and said this isn't true.

Seems like you could just put some dish soap in it and hose it off and it would be good enough.

Isnt a new one like $60?

And in baton rouge, you can make a claim to get a new one. Not sure this is a viable business model.

I've never had to pay anything for another one. The truck messes them up. I just call them and they come fix it or replace it.

Why on earth would I even need that? Are people not using trash bags?

Shouldn't need anything more than a simple rinse every so often

The one or two times a year it gets unbearable, I pour a little bleach in it, let is sit for a day, wheel it to the edge of the woods and pressure wash it.

Some Louisiana mayors got convicted of accepting bribes from an FBI agent posing as a contractor to have garbage cans cleaned.

Bring my own water? No i don’t think the 5 minutes of hose use is much to complain about if someone is driving to your house and providing you a service that may take you 20-30 min otherwise

Method would be using a pressure washer & use a long handled brush + dish soap, pinesol/water, & bleach/water to remove any gunk and odors

This is the service we used.

Super quick, respectful and did a great job for like $15bucks. Even if your trash can is full, they will take everything out, clean it and put the trash back in the can.

It is two little.black kids with their mom.

Yeah, we tipped.

They hit our entire neighborhood in one evening.

Plus we tipped, kids working hard.

They had to make a lick.

You gotta regularly spray the 50 gallon containers from our trash service with bleach to kill fly larvae.
