shite, most HR products have a sign in/sign out product. Make employees do this, and turn off remote access. Problem solved.

I can't go run errands on my lunch break? Pick up kids if there's an accident or worse...
I can think of a million reasons to leave the office that don't involve leaving early.
I guess they can hire whoever they want to, but don't be surprised when no one wants to work there.

get a time clock and make everyone clock in and out. dock pay as needed. it sounds like a bunch of children were taking 2 hour lunch breaks.
