Yea honestly at this point, open discussions with her and keep records of texts. Don't do it in person and record her for legal reasons. Ask her explicitly what she wants and why. And never say okay or agree. Just say I'm curious and wondering about the idea because you love her and want to make the marriage work.
Save all that for lawyer.

I already had suspected it was going on, and she had already kicked me out of the bedroom. I would have already left her if I'd had the money to move into my own place, but I was in my last semester of law school and flat broke. So, I sorta just let her do her thing, knowing the marriage was 100% over, while I finished school, packed my shite, and them moved out after I graduated. I ended up having to live with my parents for a year, which was pretty terrible, but it's behind me now the ink on the divorce is dry, and she's already remarried and pregnant (not to the same guy that she was cheating with).

Call a divorce lawyer and start moving my assets somewhere that her two-bit lawyer won't be able to find them. Tell her I'd think about it to buy time until I've set my house in order and pretend not to be aware that her "girls nights out" are involving at least one guy, even though anybody who's ever been around women knows good and damn well what her asking for an "open relationship" means. Once everything is in place serve her with papers.
