You want advice, fine. Learn that your credit is very important. Every major purchase will require it. Work, word hard, but work efficiently. Depending on your line of work, you may need arrogance, finesse, etc. Read your superiors, the people that can promote you (if you aren't an OT baller with your own business) and learn how to talk to the higher ups in a sincere way, even if you aren't.

That was honesty. I hope it came across as such.

Man, you are a pain in the arse. Where did you come from?

You didn't ask for advice. You just attack everyone.

Give the act up. Working 4 days a week below 30, I assume from your posts? Please. Grow up.

No my post was saying the same discussion was being had by my parents when their children were coming out of college as most parents have regardless of generation about their children. And somewhere down the line the crybaby will have this discussion with other parents about the next generation.

And since he wanted to know what he could be told - if he used some common sense and actually thought about the discussion in the thread he would realize it wasn't about his preciousness.

I don't lump generations, lazy, dumbfricks run the age gamut. I know as many shitbag baby boomers as x'ers and millennial's. And that poster happens to be one of them and apparently is also a millennial.

My credit score is 772 and I show everyone the appropriate respect. Especially my higher ups, though in a lot of cases they never deserved it or made my job that much harder. I do appreciate the advice though, I honestly do but you aren't giving me anything I don't already know.

I attack everyone? Funny considering that's all this board does on a daily basis w/ millennials. I grew up, it's you gen X and baby boomers who act like we haven't. Then again, you probably think I'm a barista or something.

Well, since you already know everything or don't want to hear advice from Gramps, I guess you are maxed out on your 772 credit score. Your seemingly unearned arrogance is still appalling. Sorry for wasting your time with advice you already knew. I thought this was millennial "collaboration"

Give them a round trip ticket to Europe and tell them to have fun. When he/she is ready I'll get them a kush finance gig in NYC or D.C. It let them move back to Nola to work at the family business.

I'm going to try to make an assumption, and please excuse me if either I'm wrong or dead on balls. I think you grew up without a father. I also think you spent a lot of time with your grandparents, who you gave no respect to growing up, even though they sacrificed a great deal to help raise you. How close am I?

I do not know everything ma'am and like I said, I respect that advice. It's just nothing I haven't already learned. I even congratulate you, you're more well off than I and plenty of people. You call it arrogance, I call it confidence or what have you, that's not what this is about. Like I said, I find it funny that some of you see these articles or topics about millennials and assume we're all lazy buffoons who don't know how to wipe our asses, when it's clearly not true. Let's also not forget that my comment was not even directed at you yet you still felt the need to come at me, so who's the arrogant one?

Not close at all, but please keep trying. I was raised by both my parents who are very hard working individuals that helped me time and time again, I wouldn't be where I am w/o them.

Yet they still matter boys. Unless here in Naples, where are the old NE millionaires pay cash for their multi-million dollar mansions. Not quite my lifestyle.
Credit scores, scam or not, matter to the middle class, like it or not.
